My approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindfulness-based framework that encourages clients to embrace, rather than avoid, their thoughts and feelings. With ACT, I aim to support clients in finding resilience and clarity in the face of life’s challenges, empowering them to connect with their strengths and align with their personal values. By incorporating mindfulness and behavioral techniques, I guide clients toward greater authenticity, fulfillment, and purpose.
