Therapy is a partnership, and my role is to work closely with you as we explore areas of difficulty, find meaning, and achieve personal growth. Our work together may involve discussing difficult topics, which can evoke challenging emotions, but I am here to support you every step of the way. While therapy offers meaningful benefits, including symptom relief and personal insight, there are no guarantees, and progress varies for each individual.
If at any point we determine that a different approach or provider may better serve your needs, I am dedicated to facilitating a smooth transition by providing appropriate referrals. Likewise, counseling may conclude when you feel you have achieved your goals or if your needs fall outside my scope of practice. In all cases, my goal is to make the conclusion of therapy a positive experience, focusing on the strengths and progress we’ve built together.
Through our work, I aim to help you build improved relationships, find greater satisfaction, and uncover a deeper sense of purpose in your life.
